Security Airships May Observe US Borders.

May 3, 2004 - For homeland security, airships are being developed to offer part of the solution to the huge challenge of watching U.S. borders or security hot spots. About 20 companies are developing lightweight airships or blimps, in the United States and Europe. They will be in competition with UAVs to provide the most cost-effective solutions.
