Vanguard to Build OPTUS Reflector.

April 30, 2004 - Orbital Sciences Corporation of Dulles, Va., awarded a contract to Vanguard Composites Group to design and manufacture dual shell CFRP composite antenna reflectors for the OPTUS telecommunications satellite program. "We will deliver two antenna reflectors for each of two satellites over a two-year period for a contract value over $3 million," said Lyle Dunbar, chief executive officer of Vanguard and its parent company, DR Technologies Inc.
