Among the names circulating in Washington for top pension spots in the Bush administration are two men with affiliations to Towers Perrin. John Woyke, a principal in the consulting firm's Valhalla, N.Y., headquarters is being mentioned as a likely candidate for the executive director's spot at the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corp.
Mr. Woyke said he had not been offered the PBGC spot, but if it were, he would give it serious consideration. But ``as far as I know, my name has not been submitted to anybody,'' he said. And Bill Sweetnam Jr., a technical consultant at Towers Perrin until January 1998 who was majority counsel for pensions to the Senate Finance Committee under Sen. William V. Roth Jr., has expressed interest in the positions of Assistant Labor...
