* Sammy Oh and Roger Harris were named co-managers of the $1.4 billion Credit Suisse Warburg Pincus Emerging Growth Fund, joining Elizabeth Dater. Messrs. Oh and Harris replace Stephen Lurito, who left Credit Suisse along with Federico Laffan, co-manager of the $141 million CS Warburg Pincus Global Post-Venture Capital Fund, said Carolyn Lisa, spokeswoman.

Messrs. Lurito's and Laffan's plans were not known. Mr. Laffan's duties will be reassigned to team members Vincent McBride, Greg Norton-Kidd, Calvin Chung and Ms. Dater. She also replaces Mr. Lurito as co-manager of the $45 million CS Warburg Pincus Small Company Growth Fund, joining Mr. Oh. * David R.
