Byline: Joel Chernoff The University of Reading's ICMA Centre has launched the first full-time masters program based on the professional risk manager certification. The new financial risk management degree program will accept its first students this October. Some 1,400 candidates in more than 85 countries are pursuing the qualification, which is sponsored by the four-year-old Professional Risk Managers' International Association.
