Burr PORTLAND, Maine - BellSouth Corp., Abbott Laboratories and Wyeth are the biggest companies, in terms of market capitalization, most likely to face securities class actions in the next 18 months, according to a new report by the Corporate Library, a Portland-based corporate-governance research firm.

Mosaic Co., Weight Watchers International Inc. and Titanium Metals Corp. are the biggest companies, in terms of market cap, least likely to be subject to securities class actions in the period, the report said. In all, the Corporate Library report, called "Predicting Securities Class Actions,'' identifies 75 companies most likely to face such class actions during the period.
