Boeing Co., Chicago, contributed $509 million to its pension plans in the first quarter and expects to contribute another $500 million in 2008 and $500 million in 2009, the company reported. It doesn't expect to make any other pension contributions this year, said Todd Blecher, spokesman. Boeing's pension plans have $46.2 billion in assets and $45.58 billion in liabilities as of Sept.
