Byline: James Hibberd King World Productions' "The Rachael Ray Show'' continued to dominate the freshman syndicated pack for the week ending Oct. 15, holding steady week to week with a 2.0 national household rating, according to Nielsen Media Research. That's more than double the show's closest competitor, Warner Bros.
Domestic Television Distribution's "The Dr. Keith Ablow Show,'' which garnered a 0.9. "Ablow'' had been sharing second place with NBC Universal Domestic Television Distribution's "The Megan Mullally Show,'' but this week "Mullally'' slipped 11 percent to a 0.8.
