Honda switches brands * With one brief statement May 23 at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, Honda Performance Development general manager Robert Clarke seemed to shift the balance of power in open-wheel racing in America. Honda, he said, would compete solely in the IRL in 2003. There were many things to consider as part of this monumental announcement.
