Byline: AL PEARCE Jack Roush still doesn't have a Winston Cup title, but he has the 2002 Busch Series trophy to bookend his 2000 Craftsman Truck Series hardware. Perhaps ironically, Greg Biffle delivered both. Biffle dominated the Busch season, winning four of 34 races, finishing 20 times in the top-five and 25 times in the top-10.
