STOLL The ink was yet parched on our Detroit show cover piece (AW, Jan. 20) when we got wind that Cadillac's Sixteen concept-AutoWeek's Best in Show and the story's featured vehicle-probably won't see production, per General Motors car czar Bob Lutz. Seems the 16-cylinder, 1000-hp supercar may eat more money and personnel than GM is ready to allocate.
