The wrangling over whom is to blame continues in CART's cancellation of its Road America date. After filing suit against the facility several weeks earlier in federal court in Indiana, the Champ Car sanctioning body announced last week there will be no race at the historic Wisconsin track in 2003 (AW, March 17).
