SSR leads Indy pack As reported in our Chicago auto show coverage (AW, Feb. 17), Chevrolet's Super Sport Roadster-SSR- trucklet will serve as the Official Pace Vehicle (note, they're not calling it a pace ``car'') for the 87th running of the Indianapolis 500 on May 25. Herb Fishel, executive director of GM Racing, will be the pace car driver.
