Byline: BOB GRITZINGER Aside from the truck-like floor-mounted emergency brake pedal and some fit-and-finish concerns, Cadillac knew from the moment its 2003 CTS hit the pavement that the car's biggest shortcoming was the modest punch from its 220-hp, 3.2-liter V6 engine. So here's good news for all those Cadillac CTS apologists: Help is on the way, in the form of what General Motors calls a ``high feature'' V6 engine for 2004 models.
