T-Bird dies again Little more than a year following the reintroduction of the retro-look Thunderbird, Ford already plans the end of the redesigned Bird's production run. Automotive News, AutoWeek's sister publication, reports that either 2005 or 2006 will be the end of the line, although the automaker will leave the door open to resuming production sometime again.
