Byline: Steve Thompson Slowly, I drove the Saab into the state vehicle-inspection station. The young guy wearing the uniform and the bored expression signaled me to stop. I handed him the paperwork the state had sent me demanding I get my '88 9000 Turbo's emission systems inspected again. He tapped the keyboard at the nearby computer workstation for a moment.
