Byline: CURT CAVIN Bryan Herta's Kansas Speedway win dripped in irony, if not methanol. The veteran driver had been a CART supporter in his days with that series, though lately he hadn't driven an open-wheel car in either CART or the IRL. Now, he is the next American standout for the Indy Racing League after a fuel-mileage run carried him to victory lane in the Kansas Indy 300.
