Byline: J.P. VETTRAINO It took longer than anticipated, but we can finally count Paul Tracy among CART's champions. The kid who looked like Opie Taylor and raced like Keke Rosberg as a rookie in 1991 is no longer a kid. The Thrill from West Hill, Ontario, calls Vegas home now, and at 34 he is CART's oldest champion in 10 years.
