The kid who looked like Opie Taylor and raced like Keke Rosberg as a rookie in 1991 is no longer a kid. The Thrill from West Hill, Ontario, calls Vegas home now, and at 34 he is CART's oldest champion in 10 years.

There is a possibility Tracy will also be CART's last champion. Just a few days from now CART shareholders were supposed to have voted on a proposed buyout by Open Wheel Racing Series LLC. But CART didn't meet all the requirements of the original offer. ...
