Byline: LARRY EDSALL The Goodguys' annual visit to West World in Scottsdale last month opened with a flair as scores of customized vehicles, their owners and admirers assembled on the eve of the Southwest Nationals to celebrate the 25th anniversary of Arizona Street Rods. Somehow, Rod Palmer and his 17-person staff not only got ready for the event, but with a few hours to spare, they finished work on Arizona Street Rods' newest creation, the stunning 1939 Chevy Sundancer sedan for sculptor Dave McGary.
