Byline: LARRY EDSALL Gil de Ferran's win in the 2003 Indianapolis 500 created a problem for Pat Hozza. On Indy Racing League race weekends, Hozza is part of the over-the-wall pit crew for the Penske Racing team. When not at an IRL event, Hozza is in Phoenix, handling day-to-day operations for the new, two-story, 7000-square-foot Penske Racing Museum, where he does everything from making sure each car on the floor is in running order to changing light bulbs and, on the day we visited, adding newly delivered panels for the huge mural that fills the wall next to the stairway.
