The men behind Open Wheel Racing Series, the company that will assume the cloak of CART racing, say they aren't worried about getting a full field of entries for 2004. When they spoke with media after CART's directors approved their buyout offer, OWRS principals Paul Gentilozzi and Kevin Kalkhoven said announce- ments regarding teams would begin within a few days.
