Byline: MARK VAUGHN While the original idea behind the G35X was to sell more cars in Snow Belt states, the handling advantages of all-wheel drive in the dry may make it a worthwhile investment down in the Sun Belt, too, if your Sun Belt state has some nice winding mountain roads. We turned several laps in several G35s and G35Xs at Nissan's Arizona Proving Center in the desert south of Phoenix, and you can't get sunnier than that.
