William L. Finefrock, one of AutoWeek's early editors, died Jan. 25 from injuries sustained in a garage fire several days earlier at his home in Sacramento, California. He was 73. Finefrock, a well-known automotive journalist and historian, devoted most of the past 20 years to car collecting activities.
