Race wins will only strengthen the MC12's-and Maserati's- reputation, especially in the United States. But win or lose, many are already impressed. Because of Maserati's off-and-on product availability over the years, the MC12 will have to prove itself on the racetrack like the Ferrari Enzo should have done.
