Byline: BILL McGUIRE Along with Newman-Haas teammate Sebastien Bourdais, Bruno Junqueira must be considered a high-odds favorite to challenge Paul Tracy for the Champ Car World Series title this season. The 27-year-old Brazilian has finished as bridesmaid twice in the three years he has been in the series-to Cristiano da Matta in 2002 and to Tracy last year.
