Byline: RICHARD S. CHANG ** The designers at AC Schnitzer probably thought two things when it came time to tackle the new BMW 5 Series E60. They likely thought, "Boy, how are we going to pull this one off?'' and "Well, it can't look any worse.'' What they wound up doing was giving the car the standard AC Schnitzer works-an elegant aero package with detailed accents, interior accessories, suspension upgrades, and wheels that cost more than a really bad night in Vegas-the results of which can be found on the new AC Schnitzer ACS5.
