Arguing that 500 doesn't add up This is in regard to your Sept. 13 Ford Five Hundred story. Ford had the ideal sedan in the 427 concept, with its combination of tough good looks and performance, but what it produced is the no-style, low-power, no-fun Five Hundred. Meanwhile, Chrysler's 300C is popular because it has the same qualities that the 427 concept had.
