LOEB CLINCHES WRC CROWN.(Competition)(World Rally Championship)(Sebastien Loeb)

Second-place behind Ford's Markko Martin at the French rally was good enough for Sebastien Loeb to win the 2004 World Rally Champion-ship title. Loeb did it at his home rally and with the French Citroen team. This is just Loeb's second full season in the WRC. He edged Petter Solberg in a Subaru for the title.
