Byline: BOB GRITZINGER We've seen the Toyota FJ Cruiser coming for some time. Truck enthusiasts have been waiting since Toyota sold the last of its legendary FJ-40s in the United States back in 1983, ending a 35-year run for the trusty, stout truck. But the first real promise of a return to production for an FJ-like vehicle-what eventually will be the 2007 FJ Cruiser, revealed earlier this month at the Chicago auto show-came at an earlier Chicago show, back in 1999.
