It could be a hit The new Civic Si concept (Cover, Jan. 21) is stunning, but if Honda wants to regain past glory and appeal to enthusiasts, give it awd, forced induction and an outrageous rear airfoil, and put its race engineers in a factory WRC program. I might even part with my WRX STi for it.
