Drinking breeds disagreement I don't always agree with Dutch Mandel's columns, but he nailed it in "Drunk with Stupidity'' (March 28). Drunk driving is a big problem here in New Mexico, and bravado is behind some of it. I've overheard people bragging/arguing about who has driven more wasted.
