Byline: MARK VAUGHN Here's another Mustang tuner with a twist: Eric Cheney (no relation to the U.S. vice president) plans to build 1000 copies of the Boyd Coddington Crazy Horse II, based on the Crazy Horse I made on Coddington's television show American Hot Rod. There will be two levels of Mustang offered by Cheney's Xtreme Mustang Performance (XMP) in Aliso Viejo, California.
