Byline: WILLIAM JEANES The 10th Amelia Island Concours d'Elegance drew to a close late on a sun-spangled Florida Sunday, and before the Moet spray had dried on this year's Best in Show winners, Amelia's organizers were saying, "Wait till next year!'' Held each March at the Ritz-Carlton Amelia Island, the elegant event benefits Community Hospice of Northeast Florida.
