Byline: MARK VAUGHN Einstein said that if you go fast enough you'll eventually go back in time. Or was it that time would slow down? Drag racer Ron Capps never met Einstein, but he goes pretty fast, 300-plus mph several times every weekend in his nitro-powered Funny Car. Last month Capps finally went back in time, about 35 years back.
