From Katrina's wrath I see Detroit is on top of things again. As fuel tops $3 per gallon, DaimlerChrysler introduces the Mega Cab (AW, Sept. 5), a truck that is too big to park in any normal parking space, won't fit in any garage (residential or commercial) and sucks fuel like there's no tomorrow.
