Byline: \MARK VAUGHN After having abandoned the tuner market for a while, or at least after having "focused its energy in other directions that did not include the tuner market'' for a while, Honda is back in a big way, a huge way, with what seems to be a pretty good Civic Si, one that tuners are more likely to embrace than any Honda product in recent memory.
