Readers applaud the new tuner-friendly Honda Civic Si, but say that in this diverse tuner market, the car that started it all won't return to its former dominating glory. Mitsubishi Evolutions, Subaru STIs and Dodge SRT4s are keeping tuners very happy nowadays. The new Si is a blessing, but it's a day late and a dollar short.
