Byline: NATALIE NEFF DESPITE SHARING A platform with two sport/utes already long familiar with America's byways-Volkswagen Touareg and Porsche Cayenne-the Q7 manages to develop a distinctly Audi flavor. Nothing about its design or execution feels rushed or rebadged. In fact, you'd be hard pressed to find any trace of VW or Porsche in the Q7-in its sheetmetal or from behind the wheel.
