Byline: MARK VAUGHN Fireball Tim is not so much a tuner as a self-propelled media happening. He has designed and built or is working on or has plans to incorporate: movie cars, concept cars, race cars, toy cars, Disney rides, Universal Studios rides, a TV show (see cartv.com), a movie, tuner parts and a line of edible delights known simply as "Fireballed Candy.'' He wears a flamed knit hat, flamed shirt, flamed shoes, and he has legally changed his flamed name to Fireball Tim Lawrence from the infinitely more pedestrian Timothy Lawrence.
