VOLVO C30; Paris debut planned for Volvo's smallest car.(News)

Remember the Volvo C30 concept from the 2006 Detroit show? Volvo will show the production version of the little two-door hatch this September at the Paris show. Though the company has yet to announce plans for U.S. sales, our sources say the car will be here by next year. The new entry-level Volvo is aimed at young singles with "intense urban lifestyles,'' according to Fredrik Arp, Volvo's president and CEO, whose company hopes to sell 65,000 C30s a year, 75 percent in Europe.
