Loeb not returning Newly-crowned World Rally champion Sebastien Loeb is unlikely to compete in the season-closing Rally Great Britain, following the latest advice from his doctors. Loeb broke his arm in four places in a mountain bike accident at the end of September. The surgery to reset his humerus bone required 27 stitches, and doctors say further recovery time is required.
