Byline: GREG KABLE As clues go, it was big. Revealed at the Geneva motor show in 2004, Rolls-Royce's stunning 100EX concept was created to celebrate the famed British carmaker's centenary. That was the official word, at least. By unveiling the Phantom Drophead Coupe at the North American International Auto Show, it is evident that even in 2004, plans for the production vehicle were in place and far clearer than R-R was letting on.
