Sebastien Loeb dominated last year, but this season the diminutive Frenchman faces a much tougher task. Loeb is aiming for his fourth straight title to equal the legendary Tommi Makinen's record, but this weekend's Monte Carlo Rally was the Citroen driver's first event in four months, following the mountain bike accident that broke his arm in four places last September.
