In part, it's the vehicle's dynamic response to driver input, in part our response to NVH (noise, vibration and harshness) of the vehicle, in part our aggregated response to the human-machine interface components (seat, steering wheel, shifter and so forth) and in part our perception of ourselves in the thing.
