Half Hemis? MOPAR might yet see the light (and the value) of Chip Foose's limited-edition Hemisfear super hot rod ("Foosetopia,'' Nov. 13). After our Feb. 12 report that lawyers had quashed the name for the car based on copyright issues, prompting Chip Foose to switch to Ford power and rename Hemisfear the Foose Coupe, Foose and MOPAR have been talking.
