Still no Speed American Formula One driver Scott Speed was a notable absentee when Scuderia Toro Rosso launched its 2007 race car Feb. 13. STR co-owner Gerhard Berger confirmed Vitantonio Liuzzi will race again for the team this season; however, Berger said of Speed, "We still have some contractual issues to sort out with Scott.
