Byline: BOB GRITZINGER The Alfa Romeo supercar that will pave the way for the Italian sports-car maker's return to the United States appears well on the road to production, as these spy photos of the 8C Competizione indicate. The $200,000 sports car, which made its world debut last fall at the Paris motor show, is based on a shortened version of sister brand Maserati's Coupe.
