Byline: Sara Faiwell Daily Herald Staff Writer A good Samaritan is credited with helping find an 80-year-old Mount Prospect man with Alzheimer's who walked away from his home on Friday. On Sunday, Mount Prospect Police were contacted by Advocate Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge saying that Stefan Kulesza had been found and brought to the facility.
Kulesza left his house on the 100 block of Orchard Place between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m. Friday and never returned. According to police, Kulesza was seen in a snow bank in the area of Touhy and Higgins Road in Des Plaines. A ...
