Byline: Ed Fanselow Daily Herald Staff Writer When Hoffman Estates High School art student Renee Kimpel set her portrait of a somber-faced woman to paper, she never imagined that the drawing's subject would someday cast a gaze over the halls of Congress. The colored-pencil drawing - titled "We Will Always Remember" - was intended solely as part of a final exam portfolio for Kimpel's advanced placement drawing class.
