Byline: Laura Bianchi Muggy Murphy has nothing personal against chicken, pork and fish, but she'll take beef just about any day. Healthy as a cow, if you'll pardon the expression, and energetic as a calf, 71-year-old Muggy (pronounced "moogy") steers her meals toward beef, even recipes that call for chicken.
